  13. Another thing is that cooperative projects over the internet can be
  14. enhanced by having a regularly scheduled video/irc conference to brain
  15. storm and to allow the participants to update everyone on the current
  16. status of the project or at least from the standpoint of their portion of
  17. it.  The transcript and/or video movie file of the meeting can be saved for
  18. other Atarians to view.  Like back in the days of the conferences on GEnie
  19. and Compuserve.  A website could be erected just for the purpose of
  20. informing users of all current MiNTOS/MagiC projects with postings of
  21. irc/video conferences and where and when it will be held and an archive of
  22. previous conferences, press releases and FAQ files.
